This is a family-made set built around one ingredient: young green pine cones. We cook them, candy them, and pair them with real chocolate, so you get forest flavor four ways in one box.

Two treats in this set were created specially for this box: the milk chocolate–covered pine cones and the dark chocolate bar with pine cones and pistachios. We made them just for this holiday set, and you can't buy them anywhere else, not even separately in our shop.

What makes them special is the chocolate itself. It's bean-to-bar, which means we make it ourselves from whole cocoa beans: we roast the beans, grind them, and turn them into chocolate from scratch. Most chocolate treats start with ready-made chocolate bought in bulk and simply melted down. Ours is made from the bean up, with just cocoa beans and sugar (plus milk powder in the milk chocolate). This is REAL chocolate with simple, natural ingredients.

What's Inside:
      • Pine cone jam in a hand-knitted hat: young green pine cones cooked in syrup. The cones are soft enough to eat whole and have a bittersweet pine flavor. The syrup is sweet with a light tangy finish. The taste is rich, deep, and many-sided. It opens up differently for everyone, especially when paired with other foods, so you may find something of your own in it. Try it with a cheese board, in cocktails, on pancakes, or with your favorite sweet desserts for a special touch. The little red hat on the jar was knitted by hand by my mom, so no two are exactly alike.
      • Candied pine cones: the most intense pine flavor in the set, coated in powdered sugar. Eat them like candy, or add them to a cheese board with a glass of wine.
      • Milk chocolate pine cones: a whole candied pine cone in milk chocolate. Sweet and creamy first, then the pine comes through at the end. Milk chocolate makes the pine flavor softer. Bean-to-bar, made from scratch starting with cacao beans.
      • Dark chocolate with pine cones and pistachio: 70% bean-to-bar dark chocolate with candied pine cones. The rich chocolate brings out the pine flavor, and pistachios add crunch.
